Piling repair and replacement
Pilings hold up your dock and your lift, and they take a beating from tides, ice and storms. If you're in Sea Bright, Monmouth Beach, Oceanport, Little Silver, Rumson or Long Branch, call and we'll connect you with a local marine contractor who can check your pilings and replace the ones that are done.
Pilings damaged after ice or a storm? Say so when you call.

After ice or a storm

- Take dated photos of the damage from the shore.
- Move the boat if it's tied to pilings that look loose, if you can do it safely.
- Call us to get a local marine contractor out for a look.
- Keep receipts for any emergency work.
Repair or replace
Some damaged pilings can be wrapped, sleeved or braced. Others need to be pulled and a new one driven in its place. Your contractor will tell you which makes sense and whether the work needs a permit.
